Friday, September 19th:

To give you more options, we will be hosting a pre-event packet pick-up party in the Hampton Inn and Suites banquet room immediately off the lobby from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. If you can, we invite you to come early Friday afternoon to wind down ocean-side, get some R&R, and get ready for the ride of your life!

Saturday, September 20th:

5:30 a.m. - Registration opens in banquet room adjacent to lobby
6:45 a.m. - Pre-ride announcements begin
6:57 a.m. - National anthem
7:00 a.m. - Ride begins
2:30 p.m. - Route cleared (all remaining cyclists on route will be SAG'ed to finish line)
5:00 p.m. - Cocktail hour
6:00 p.m. - Banquet begins

Sunday, September 21st:

6:45 a.m. - Pre-ride announcements begin
6:57 a.m. - National anthem
7:00 a.m. - Ride begins
2:30 p.m. - Route cleared (all remaining cyclists on route will be SAG'ed to finish line)

The Hilton Garden Inn has a small block for Tour de Beach Riders. The group code is MSB and the rates are the same as the Hampton. We will provided shuttle service between the two hotels. Please click here to visit their website.

Orange Beach Villas on Canal Road will also be offering Tour de Beach riders special rates. These villas are 3 bedroom/2 bath houses with kitchen, living room, pool, and a lake on property. They are located about 5 minutes from the Hampton and are perfect for those with families joining them. The rate for the weekend $479.70. Friday, June 6th:

We will be hosting Friday night early registration and check-in at the Holiday Inn Express in Athens, AL (16074 Athens Limestone Blvd.) from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. If you can make it early and attend Friday night registration you can skip the check-in line on Saturday morning prior to the ride.

Feel free to pick-up your bib and rider number, event t-shirt, goody bag, and commemorative rider jersey (should you be eligible) the night before. This will also be an opportunity to turn in any money that you have raised up until this point. For those traveling from out-of-town, the Holiday Inn Express is offering a group rate of $109 a night, just mention Bike MS when you call.
